I created Overjoyed Labs as a positive lifestyle brand rooted in positive behavioral changes, habit-stacking, productivity hacks, and manifestation tools to help create a life that brings you joy.

I focus on practical ways to improve your well-being that are easy to incorporate into your already busy life. You and I will use the science of feeling good(both inside and out), toss in some positive mindset shifts, and pair it with the art of getting things done to craft a better you. I’m also funny!

Not only is my approach backed by my education from Yale University, but I also use a ton of easy to follow manifestation techniques to help you bring your dream life TO life. I look forward to growing with you, and manifesting the life that you dream of having.
