How to Write Your Manifestations into Existence 

If manifesting by visualization is the movie, expressing gratitude is the vibes, and using affirmations are the soundtrack, the script thing is the directors cut to help you manifest your goals. No woo or expecting the universe to make it fall out of the sky needed. 

Thing is the process of writing your manifestations down is if they exist to help bring them to life, but hardly no one talks about how it works. Even though it feels like a fun, creative writing exercise sprinkled with a bit of delusion, writing about your goals and dreams is if you’ve accomplished them is a highly effective way to reprogram your subconscious.

Let’s break down why is it easy to use technique, and how to use it starting now to up your manifestation game.

Why Scripting Reprograms Your Subconscious Mind 

Your subconscious doesn’t argue, fact, check you, or hit you with a “ please be for real” because it can’t differentiate between what’s real and what you tell it. It absorb what you continue to feed it, stored it into your memory, and starts to adopt that is being your reality – even if it’s not your current situation.

When you script:

  • You’re feeding your subconscious mind and new narrative
  • You’re mentally rehearsing the new identity you want to embody
  • Your building confidence around making it happen
  • You’re creating clarity in a better understanding around your goals
  • You’re reducing resistance around reaching your accomplishments

Why Scripting Helps to Manifest 

You can use scripting to boost your manifestation because it does a couple things to help bring your dream life “to life”. 

  1. Rewires your identity

Writing about who you want to be, and what you want to accomplish ability to transform you into that person. The one you tell yourself who you are, the more you take on the habits and treats of the person you need to be to reach your goals.

  1. Calms anxiety and fears

Writing about your desires, as if you have them is a way to reduce stress and fear around your current situation because you focus on a positive outcome as you paint a picture of it in your mind. It’s easier to reprogram your subconscious when you are calm and more relaxed. 

  1. Aligns you with your goals to help create them 

When your subconscious mind successfully alliance with the idea and possibility of your goals, be attainable, your conscious monitoring up with it. You’ll begin to notice opportunities and resources to help make your dreams a reality. It is called inspired action.

Even though some people like to package, it is such, inspired action is not the universe whispering ideas to you to go on Amazon order the products at 3 AM to jumpstart your new Business idea. It’s your subconscious processing what you tell it that you believe already exists. 

If you have read my post on how reprogramming your subconscious helps and manifest your goals, then you are already familiar with how your subconscious mind will begin to look for proof of your desires existing. When it doesn’t, it begins to notice ways to bring them into existence. 

Then you notice opportunities or have “a-ha” moments like signing up for a course that you saw in a Google ad to help you get that promotion at work. You’ll notice things that inspire you to take action towards reaching your goals once you believe that they are possible.

  1. Boost your motivation

When you write out your dreams exist, they make you feel good about having accomplished them. Overtime you begin to feel and believe that they are possible. 

This belief helps boost your confidence and motivation, giving you the nudge to show up for yourself and make it happen. Especially since a Land Rover doesn’t appear out of thin air, simply because you thought about it and sent the energy to the universe. You have to also do the work.

The Secret Sauce: Emotion + Repetition 

Here’s the thing: reprogramming your subconscious to manifest is not an overnight process. Not only does it require consistency from repetition, but it also utilizes your emotions to help reach your goals.

The more you tell yourself something, the more you eventually believe it if it is reasonable. You need to consistently feed your mind the ideas that your goals are obtainable to see results when it comes to reprogramming your subconscious mind to reach them. 

The physical process of writing helps you to absorb information and commit it to memory, which is ran by your subconscious mind. Writing your manifestations down, helps you to take on the beliefs that you believe that you have reached your goals way faster than simply visualizing them. Especially if you do it with motion.

Emotion is the secret ingredient. Anything that you really want to do should make you feel good about it when you think about accomplishing it. When you feel like you have it I have positive emotions towards it, your subconscious response better because it has little to no resistance standing in its way. Otherwise, it’ll have a hard time buying into the possibility that you can have what you see for yourself.

Pair writing your dreams as if they exist with gratitude for as if they have already been accomplished. One of my favorites is “ I am grateful, thankful, and appreciative that I have 10,000 followers on all of my social media platforms for Overjoyed labs.” It’s a work in progress. 

Once you write your manifestations down, read them as if you’re telling someone about them in an interview or over a meal. Say them as if you’re excited to catch up with a friend and tell them all the good news that has been happening to you. 

The more that you stay consistent with writing your manifestations, reading them, and speaking them aloud, the more you will begin to see them take shape once your subconscious mind begins to do its part. Trust that if you have trouble with believing that your goals are attainable, the more that you focus on them as if you’ve already manifested them, the more you will believe that they are possible.
